Stepping Spray Line – SSL 3060
This line is used for complete gluing of small (up to 150/150mm) leather details and other
ancillary materials used in the leather industry. Using this line water based glue is applied
over the entire area of the details and subsequently the glue is activated in a drying
module, the parts are glued together and pressed on rotary presses.
The main advantage of this line is the establishment of continuous process in the gluing
details operation. The continuous flow system ensures high performance of the overall
technological process by reducing the dead times for delivery of workpieces from one
operation to the other within this technological process.
